Just rise
From the abyss
Of possibilities infinite;
Where countless worlds
Were sacrificed
In the Red Sea
Of divine hemorrhage:
Blood offerings to Selene.
And feel…
Just feel
Bygone ashes that make
Your body and mind;
Every butterfly wings
Or a simple blade of grass
Remnants of old gods:
Titans that once
Swam in the sea of eternity.
And bow…
Just bow,
In sincere reverence
To your own reflection
On the dark pupil of cosmos;
For the universe bows also
To its own echo,
In the depths of your mind:
Infinite piece of the infinite whole.
And stop…
Just stop,
Playing with dolls:
Seen or unseen,
That you bred
To lie and exploit
The inner child within you.
Have the courage to take off
The blindfold and gaze upon
The cosmic odyssey that is you.
And Rise…
