Stand still,
Please…
Just for a while.
Let me admire
Your spark,
Gleaming
On my tears of ecstasy.
Let me savour,
For a fleeting moment,
The scent of your
Ephemeral madness.
Let me drink,
To get drunk
On your bittersweet chaos
Inebriated by your maudlin moans
Let me twirl your mane of proses ;
Let me fill my chest full
With a whiff of your
Wild untamed locks of hair,
Your undulating strands
Of disheveled stanza,
Rhyming in turmoil
To the rhythm of my agony,
While my heart skips a beat.
Let me hum the tune
Of your sweet giggle
In harmony
To the loudness
Of my silence…
Let me varnish your form
With my melancholy
To make it glisten
With my grief.
Let yourself be mine
For an evanescent moment,
Before you start
Bleeding on my paper,
Invading every fiber
Of its being
With your lust to exist.
Before you make yourself immortal
Through the tip of my mortal fingers,
Just for a fleeting moment,
Be mine…
