Weight-loss Journey Diary Entry #7

Things are slowly getting better. Although I am not losing weight, despite my lack of physical exercise due to repeated sickness, I lost lost 2 cm around my waist, compared to last month. Instead of 36.9% of bodyfat, I have 35.8%.

What really surprised me is my resting heart rate, which used to be 75 BPM last month, now it is 64 BPM.

Continuing this progress will super difficult now because of the quarantine. Home workout is tougher than I thought and the isolation tend to trigger anxiety and depression, where food intake becomes my coping mechanism.

However, I am planning to do things a bit differently for the month of April. Let’s see how those changes look like for my next status report.
