In this video my running coach Adonis Choundalas goes over my bad heart rate while also teaching me to be more conscious of my breathing, my surrounding and myself. He takes me to the Green Trail that connects Laval to Montréal.
He makes an important point about how at the gym people are mostly distracted by their own ego, while training in nature has less to do with ego and more to do with connecting with nature and ultimate oneself.
