Gained Back All The Weight

Consistency is the key element of progress, I learned this the hard way. I gained all the weight I lost six months, mostly due to lack of seriousness in terms of work out and binge eating (caloric surplus).

But I decided not to dwell on that and move forward. In this video I talk about my first week of ”back to the gym”. With my friend Bryan Ribao’s recommendation I decided to start with endurance training to lay out a proper foundation for my future growth.

My form is definitely not good and I would majorly appreciate if the community points out my mistakes.
